You missed the best part. They weren’t even their sheep. This good pupper gathered up a bunch of random sheep it found somewhere on the countryside and brought them home for its human.
Sometimes I get this sudden dose of reality and I realize that this is actually happening. You know what I mean? It’s like, people are really calling men women now, against common sense and every bit of evidence before our eyes, just because the men claim they are women. And they either get a pass to walk into whatever women’s place they want, or their minions erupt into violent protest over it.
“why do lesbians hate men” son almost all women hate men, lesbians just have nothing to lose by saying so.
also have any of y’all listened to a country song made by a straight woman? literally nobody in the world hates men more than a straight woman who has had enough.
*plays Carrie Underwood*
It’s just that lesbianism is seen as the ultimate form of man hating in itself, since males can’t think of anything worse than being denied access to a woman’s body.
I’ve never really wrote a tutorial before so apologies if this is bad
1. okay first thing I do is pick three colors, a mid, dark, and light. I like to check the colors in greyscale to make sure there’s enough contrast between each one.
I then plop down a blob of whatever my middle tone color is.
2. next, I take my dark color and just sort of randomly place it around. I try to make sure there’s a good amount of both the mid and dark tones spread throughout. I personally like to keep it kinda messy. I also have pen pressure on for both brush size and opacity, so I can have some blending action going on.
3. for the next step I do the exact same thing as before, except with the light color.
4. aight this is where we start adding details. see how you just have a bunch of colors and edges where two colors meet? use the eyedropper and go to an area where two colors meet, eyedrop a color, and then use that color to draw in your grass blades. I do this at every point where colors meet. should note I personally like to use a square brush, but you can really just use anything.
5. you can technically stop at the last step if you’re going for a more simple look, but to add more details I go to the “empty” areas of solid color and just draw in random strokes using a color nearby. it’s just a way to fill up the empty space.
6. basically more of the same idea of eyedropping and drawing. for more variety so things look interesting, I like to add random plant shapes.
7. and so the grass doesn’t look too plain, I add random dots of color and pretend it’s flowers and stuff.
and there you have it, this is how I approach drawing grass.
Listen, Twilight could have been completely solved if they had just chosen a college over the Grand Forks high school. Like? Y’all look 18 forever? I know college seniors who look 16, it’s cool. They don’t eat? Man we’re poor too, y’all don’t see me eat ever. Y’all glitter in the sunlight? It’s cool I went to a rave once too, that glitter shit it hard to get off. Like c’mon. Why would you wanna be in high school for a milenia anyways.
Weird take but homophobia seems to also descend from misogyny. Males hate all the “receivers” of sex, they associate it with weakness and it makes them horrifically insecure and uncomfortable to think of being entered that way. It almost seems to challenge their personhood in a strange way, to have another body enter their own. They think of sex as something they act on another individual. To imagine being acted on is abhorrent to them.
Not a weird take, and in fact the relationship between sexism and homophobia goes even deeper than what you’ve described here. Suzanne Pharr’s book Homophobia: A Weapon of Sexism changed my goddamn life and I recommend it to anyone who wants to understand the relationship between homophobia and sexism. You can read it here.
So what makes you think radfems have political power in general to not only empower women but also oppress transwomen? Also what makes you think we don’t “"accept”“ transwomen? “Accept” in what sense? by “putting down” If you mean invalidating their gender identity when it comes to female only spaces, female homosexuality and medical issues yeah we do that by being “exclusionary”. Because some transgenders and trans right activists are INSANELY lesbophobic + homophobic and misogynistic and feel entitled to women’s bodies just like the “straight white cis men” are and don’t even see the irony.
also radical feminists don’t seek “equality” we want women’s liberation in political and social grounds. our rights to be not related to anything of male judgement. 🙂
at work today i was training with my coworker and our supervisor had a pic of her and her gf on her desk–coworker asked who “he” was, honest mistake as gf is butch. supervisor laughed it off and said it was a pic of her and her girlfriend, and very explicitly used “she” to refer to gf. and then my coworker, who is Queer, kept asking questions about the supervisor’s gf but using “they” like “what do they do” and the supervisor kept answering “well she is…” in a way where she wasn’t trying to make a big deal but you could tell she was annoyed and this kept up for several minutes and i was more and more floored. like how is that not ~deliberate misgendering~ and why is it okay to misgender women just because they’re butch.
it’s bc liberal kweers are literally unable to comprehend the possibility of butch women existing. you dont conform to every single aspect of femininity? must be a they/them!
