this sick fuck wanted to punish his partner. he beat her to death, she had horrific internal injuries, she had massive injuries to her head and breasts and vagina, and then he walked away after he killed her. eventually bothered to call emergency services. post mortem found that she died with 40 serious injures. he told court and her family and everyone that was listening that he only hurt her ‘within the boundaries of her masochistic desires’… and then another powerful and allegedly justice-seeking man told him that he wasn’t a murderer. a woman beater. a rapist. rather the judge asserts that the evidence is ‘complicated’ in this case. how the fuck so???
you can try to make the justice system work for women, you can give all the evidence required to make a correct judgement about men’s violence. but it will never protect women or aim at anything resembling ‘justice’ for women. show them the battered bodies of women piled high but they dont care and they will never care bc they hate us. they will always protect violent white men and their interests. especially where those men are millionaires who can only cum inside the bodies of half dead women.
i just read this piece yesterday that, in part, details the use of the “rough sex” defense, and how it often leads to reduced sentences.
content warning for descriptions of sexual violence
Remember when Terry Crews angered a bunch of people by posting this apparently controversial opinion?
It’s disgusting to see the violence people will defend in the name of kink.
Males being able to use BDSM defense for reduced sentences is NO FUCKING ACCIDENT and anyone who defends this practice is fucking weapons-grade stupid. Males would sooner defend a fellow subhuman male’s right to pop a boner than a woman’s right to live, which is why they’ll never be human.
i remember watching a documentary about this sick fuck on youtube a few months back. what a disgusting pig.
‘‘Nicola’‘ can fuck off
And the number of Awesome Trans Girls who are in prison for violent and sexual offenses gradually rises.
It’s because he keeps getting attacked in the men’s prison. Probably because he murdered two ten-year-old girls then stripped their bodies and burned their corpses in a ditch.
My heart bleeds for him, truly it does.
That poor little lamb, he probably broke a nail brutally murdering those girls.
Interesting how many violent male criminals suddenly “feel” like they’re women when they’re in prison.
His new name is the same as the mother of one of his victims because he isn’t through hurting women any way he can.
Wait wait hold the fuck up.
So this sack of shit kills the daughter and then changes his name to the mother??!
That’s fucking sick.
This is the hill they want to die on. #rapisthill
I love how they compared a poem discussing the Nazi’s expanding genocide to people speaking out against rapist trans women.
That’s absolutely the same thing!!!
And see, this is why the trans movement has been so successful. “If we give any ground they will not stop”.
We gave ground and now we have to tell people that no, raping kids is maybe not a thing you should be doing, and calling yourself a woman while you do rape kids doesn’t make you one.
“First they came for the rapists…”???
“#RapistHill”???
What the fuck is going on? Proof positive (as if we needed any more!) that these males are the furthest thing away from women as it’s possible to get.
If this guy thinks that people going after rapists is a direct danger to his community, then I think we need to pay close attention to the internet activity of its members.
trans sapphic: do you wanna get dinner or a drink some time
cis sapphic: ew no i hate dick
being inclusive in your politics is different from being inclusive in your pussy, rapey
Person A: I respect you
Person B: cool wanna like date? Or fuck?
Person A: nah I just respect you I dont want to be involved with you.
Person B: hate crime??
friendzone 2.0
Fuck the additions to this post. People have a right to call out your transphobia. You saying you support trans women and then displaying that you don’t actually see them as women and would never date a trans woman shows that your support is empty and performative. Cry about it 👋
Not wanting to date/fuck isn’t a hate crime. Get outta here with that incel logic.
1. Only THREE PERCENT of the very rich are entrepreneurs.
According to both Marketwatch and economist Edward Wolff, over 90 percent of the assets owned by millionaires are held in a combination of low-risk investments (bonds and cash), personal business accounts, the stock market, and real estate. Only 3.6 percent of taxpayers in the top .1% were classified as entrepreneurs based on 2004 tax returns. A 2009 Kauffman Foundation study found that the great majority of entrepreneurs come from middle-class backgrounds, with less than 1 percent of all entrepreneurs coming from very rich or very poor backgrounds.
2. Only FOUR OUT OF 150 countries have more wealth inequality than us.
In a world listing compiled by a reputable research team (which nevertheless prompted double-checking), the U.S. has greater wealth inequality than every measured country in the world except for Namibia, Zimbabwe, Denmark, and Switzerland.
3. An amount equal to ONE-HALF the GDP is held untaxed overseas by rich Americans.
The Tax Justice Network estimated that between $21 and $32 trillion is hidden offshore, untaxed. With Americans making up 40% of the world’s Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, that’s $8 to $12 trillion in U.S. money stashed in far-off hiding places.
Based on a historical stock market return of 6%, up to $750 billion of income is lost to the U.S. every year, resulting in a tax loss of about $260 billion.
4. Corporations stopped paying HALF OF THEIR TAXES after the recession.
After paying an average of 22.5% from 1987 to 2008, corporations have paid an annual rate of 10% since. This represents a sudden $250 billion annual loss in taxes.
U.S. corporations have shown a pattern of tax reluctance for more than 50 years, despite building their businesses with American research and infrastructure. They’ve passed the responsibility on to their workers. For every dollar of workers’ payroll tax paid in the 1950s, corporations paid three dollars. Now it’s 22 cents.
5. Just TEN Americans made a total of FIFTY BILLION DOLLARS in one year.
That’s enough to pay the salaries of over a million nurses or teachers or emergency responders.
That’s enough, according to 2008 estimates by the Food and Agriculture Organization and the UN’s World Food Program, to feed the 870 million people in the world who are lacking sufficient food.
For the free-market advocates who say “they’ve earned it”: Point #1 above makes it clear how the wealthy make their money.
6. Tax deductions for the rich could pay off 100 PERCENT of the deficit.
Another stat that required a double-check. Based on research by the Tax Policy Center, tax deferrals and deductions and other forms of tax expenditures (tax subsidies from special deductions, exemptions, exclusions, credits, capital gains, and loopholes), which largely benefit the rich, are worth about 7.4% of the GDP, or about $1.1 trillion.
Other sources have estimated that about two-thirds of the annual $850 billion in tax expenditures goes to the top quintile of taxpayers.
7. The average single black or Hispanic woman has about $100 IN NET WORTH.
The Insight Center for Community Economic Development reported that median wealth for black and Hispanic women is a little over $100. That’s much less than one percent of the median wealth for single white women ($41,500).
Other studies confirm the racially-charged economic inequality in our country. For every dollar of NON-HOME wealth owned by white families, people of color have only one cent.
8. Elderly and disabled food stamp recipients get $4.30 A DAY FOR FOOD.
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) has dropped significantly over the past 15 years, serving only about a quarter of the families in poverty, and paying less than $400 per month for a family of three for housing and other necessities. Ninety percent of the available benefits go to the elderly, the disabled, or working households.
Food stamp recipients get $4.30 a day.
9. Young adults have lost TWO-THIRDS OF THEIR NET WORTH since 1984.
21- to 35-year-olds: Your median net worth has dropped 68% since 1984. It’s now less than $4,000.
That $4,000 has to pay for student loans that average $27,200. Or, if you’re still in school, for $12,700 in credit card debt.
With an unemployment rate for 16- to 24-year-olds of almost 50%, two out of every five recent college graduates are living with their parents. But your favorite company may be hiring. Apple, which makes a profit of $420,000 per employee, can pay you about $12 per hour.
10. The American public paid about FOUR TRILLION DOLLARS to bail out the banks.
That’s about the same amount of money made by America’s richest 10% in one year. But we all paid for the bailout. And because of it, we lost the opportunity for jobs, mortgage relief, and educational funding.
Bonus for the super-rich: A QUADRILLION DOLLARS in securities trading nets ZERO sales tax revenue for the U.S.
The world derivatives market is estimated to be worth over a quadrillion dollars (a thousand trillion). At least $200 trillion of that is in the United States. In 2011 the Chicago Mercantile Exchange reported a trading volume of over $1 quadrillion on 3.4 billion annual contracts.
A quadrillion dollars. A sales tax of ONE-TENTH OF A PENNY on a quadrillion dollars could pay off the deficit. But the total sales tax was ZERO.
It’s not surprising that the very rich would like to fudge the numbers, as they have the nation.

BDSM teaches young and damaged women codependency, it conditions women to be dependent on their abusers and the abuse
he makes you believe he’s the only one for you; he knows you best, he’s the only one who can give you what you need, he’s the only one who will understand you and accept you, he’s “benevolent” and everything he does; “punishments” are for your own good
he controls every aspect of your life; who you talk to, when you sleep, what you eat, who you go out with, how you dress
he hits you and then comforts you; play scene and aftercare
the only “difference” between abusive relationship and bdsm is that you “agree” to being abused
great take but … hear me out… this also sounds exactly like the relationship christian women are supposed to have with a male god
sis that’s some scalding hot take
You are a wise woman and scholar, @northw0man . I’m so glad to hear someone else say this out loud. Organized religion was conceived to oppress. To oppress women, children, POC, or whoever those in power consider undesirables.
After 50 years of being a Christian and a Bible scholar–with 22 years of also being a closeted witch/Pagan–I kissed that misogyny and double life goodbye.
The best part of becoming a radfem is that it enables you to see the world for what it really is, and also informs your bullshit-from-men threshold. Mine is set to a negative 666 at this point in my life.
A list of NZ women killed as a result of misogynistic violence was published, and then promptly removed, for – no joke – being exclusionary of transwomen.
One transwoman has been murdered in New Zealand in the last decade.
For ONE man, the stories of hundreds of other women were silenced and erased.
For. One. Man.
There is no reason to erase the stories of these women bc the one trans woman was not on this particular list.
I don’t understand?? They said women, not pussy havers or uterus bearers. Wouldn’t women include twans “women” ??
I hate men. And it’s becoming difficult to not make blanket statements like “I hate transwomen.” after a certain point the amount of violent and cruel bullshit perpetrated by a group of people outweighs coddling the few who are genuinely just trying to live their lives.
So you are saying 0% of the world should be billionaires?
Yes.
Why shouldn’t their be billionaires? That makes no sense.
Because the existence of billionaires is predicated on the exploitation of human labor and unsustainable environmental harm. That level of wealth hoarding is harmful to economies, as it reduces the amount of money in circulation. No one person, no family, could ever conceivably even SPEND a billion dollars anyway, and it is inherently immoral to accumulate wealth so narrowly while so much of the world lives in abject poverty.
Better then to create a wealth ceiling, a point at which all wealth over a certain point is taxed at or very near 100% to incentivize people to actually spend their money rather than hoard it, stimulating the economy and bettering the lives of far more people. Better even still to create and regulate economic systems that protect workers and the environment in a way that such extreme levels of wealth accumulation aren’t even feasible.
The problem with this is that it reduces the incentive to actually do fiscally well. What’s the point of starting a business if you can’t become wealthy?
There is a very real difference between “reasonably wealthy” and A BILLIONAIRE
No one is saying you shouldn’t have a nice house, we are saying that having multiple really, really ridiculously nice houses while your employees are either homeless or at serious risk of becoming homeless is immoral.
I’ll never understand why this concept is hard for people. I think it’s because they can’t actually fathom how much $1 Billion is.
Seriously.
Let’s say you have a badass job. A great job. You make $100 AN HOUR. You work 10 hours a day ($1000 A DAY), 5 days a week ($5000 a week!!!), every week ($20,000 A MONTH), thats $240,000 Every Year.
It would take you 4,167 years to make a billion dollars.
God dammit
If you were making, for the sake of argument, $25 million a year, you could live a life of extreme luxury. Even then, it would take you forty years of spending none of that money to amass a single billion. There are multi-billionaires out there. No one needs that kind of money.
Currency came into existence to simplify trade. It was meant to make things easier and better for society. When a single person has more than they need, even more than they would need for an extravagant lifestyle, they’d completely unreasonable. Money isn’t meant to be hoarded for status. I honestly think billionaires are addicted to money.
This is ecomomic suicide
why do you say that
Look at who billionaires are, and what they do and you tell me they are of no value in what they do.
And tell how punishing success will go? How well will this bullshit of “no one should ever be too successful” go?
And at that point, why even pretend to be capitalist, if we cant even respect the strength of the system is that virtueous people prosper?
Just issue communism and let yet another genocide begin.
alright so I actually think that the above post actually addresses most if not all your points
so what part of the above post aren’t you satisfied by?
“If a tiny minority of people can’t accumulate over $1,000,000,000 then you might as well commit genocide” is an interesting argument.
You kiddos have no idea how groundbreaking this was. Like there’s a reason THE lesbian website for a billion years was called After Ellen. She changed everything.
oh man you know that feeling that’s like kind of an ache right between your heart and your stomach? like nostalgic knowing of pain? that’s how the scared look in Ellen’s eyes makes me feel.
Look at her hand too and how nervous she is. Every gay and lesbian person knows this feeling, because we know there are assumptions and consequences and there’s no telling how someone will react.
And let no one forget that she suffered consequences for this. It wasn’t just a moment of cathartic unburdening and then business as usual.
Right, she lost her first TV show. She worked hard to get up to where she is today.
Ellen lost her TV show and didn’t get offered another job for the next 3 years. All while facing harsh critic from most of the world. Not to mention that Oprah, who immediately said yes to playing her therapist in this episode, got her own fair share of disrespectful and mostly racist comments. All over this one episode on a sitcom. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that over 40 million people watched this episode to see the first openly gay character on television.
This is history and it better fucking be in the history books for next generations.
why are transactivists wasting their time attacking, harassing, and silencing women instead of like
i dunno
making shelters for trans people
finding funding for trans people in need
opening spare rooms for trans people in need
helping trans people find jobs and education
helping trans people exit sex work
helping trans people get out of abusive relationships
helping trans people find resources for counseling and therapy
the fact that they’re not doing these things and instead are focusing on trying to make women’s lives hell makes it very clear the actual intent of trans activism, it’s not to help trans people, it’s to control women. they’re doing the same shit men have done for centuries / millennia but with a “progressive” spin on it.
literally all of this exists but there’s really no point in correcting you because terfites really live in their own little world where trans people only exist as an opponent to you and not human beings with a mostly accepting inner community.
tell me, have you ever seen a trans person post a gofundme, their paypal, to pay for surgery–hell, even non-transition related surgery–to move to escape abusers, to scrape by a few extra dollars for a meal. really, tell me, because terf losers spend so much time in their caves (case in point: this post) that i’m actually starting to think they have never actually seen this staggeringly ubiquitous phenomena in the trans community.
guess who’s funding those. is it you? i get the feeling it’s not!
guess what, i used to be in a pretty bad financial situation. it’s still not ideal, but i actually have enough for a comfortable amount of spending money. and when i set up a ko-fi to help me pay for medicine when i briefly lost medicaid, who helped me pay for it? why, it was those damn transactivists!
the aforementioned spending money i now have? i put it towards commissions and donations for struggling trans people. i could actually give you names of the trans people i’ve donated to, but i wouldn’t want you coming up to them just to dog them for details they didn’t ask to be a part of.
why do you think all those posts start out with “i’m a trans woman and i need help with–” or “i’m a trans man and i need–” it’s to signal to other trans people to help each other, you absolute moron.
and why do you think trans people need shelters, money, food, healthcare? well, dirtbitch! it’s not because trans people are a particularly affluent demographic! even if the world you lived in existed (really? trans people don’t help other trans people? fucking REALLY?) it wouldn’t actually be too contradictory that the same demographic that can’t afford food also can’t afford to pay for other people’s food fdijsejfdk
the entire thesis of your post has no basis in reality, and i know you won’t listen because terfs have their eyes sewn shut and their hands glued to their ears, but i’m correcting you anyway, hoping, truly hoping, deep down, that you might catch a fleeting glimpse of reality at some point in your circlejerk of an ideology.
“why aren’t marginalised and vilified people magically coming up with millions of dollars to open a shelter that requires millions more to keep running”
“why aren’t big trans setting up crisis networks when they’re having to literally gofundme their groceries”
“why aren’t one of the most at risk of homelessness groups magically producing a spare room”
like a SPARE room? in THIS economy?????? wew baby!
you have no idea how women’s shelters came about do you? do you honestly think its because women were handed millions of dollars out of nowhere?
I am literally an abuse victim who has worked with fellow abused women, and currently takes part in activism alongside abused women along with my wife. I know exactly how shelters come about. i know just how hard it is to run them and to get a place there. to accuse me of not knowing how they come about is disingenuous at best.
it isn’t anti woman/anti abuse survivor to say that certain groups (poc and refugee survivors, homeless women, trans women) struggle even more for placements and funding than what would be societally considered your “standard” women’s abuse shelter. there is literally no need to pit cis and trans women against each other when solidarity amongst is is infinitely more healing, sweet mother of god.
that is great that you work with other abused women to help them.
your words implied you didn’t know though.
if theres no reason to pit women against transwomen then why do TRAs always attack “terfs” and radical feminism that’s just trying to protect and help women?
my words in no way implied I didn’t know the struggles of abused women….but ok
also lmao don’t play dumb. a lot of terfs go out of their way to harass and ridicule trans women. you can’t expect that to happen en masse without the trans community being wary and “aggressive”.
also ffr:
* trans women
** trans activists
Terfs make a massive effort to interfere with organsation that trans activists do to try to provide resources for the community.
Setting up shelters DO require having the resources to access funding and donations.
But there are actually trans shelters in very few places, like Casa Ruby, although whilst it is run by a trans woman, it is for all the LGBT community. Because trans people are actually making attempts to care for a wide range of vulnerable groups. I don’t know any trans activist who doesn’t also get involved in in wider feminist work. Just because they don’t like you personally, precisely because you undermine and diminish our work, doesn’t mean they hate women.
Personally, I have never seen terfs actually do anything to help women. Just discriminate and undermine and divide women and put all their efforts into shitting on women because they don’t fit their narrow, scientifically inaccurate, goal-post moving definition of womanhood.
YOU’VE pitted women against women (not transwomen against women like they’re not the same group ffs). You started this. Trans people have just been trying to live their fucking lives and you guys freaked out and started kicking out and attacking.
When have radfems ever made a massive effort to stifle trans people organizing to provide resources?
Yes shelters do require resources but not just straight up millions out of thin air.
Radical feminism is responsible for most if not all women’s rights, eg suffrage. And no, radfem definitions does not change whereas TRAs ones change constantly based on feeling with no material truth.
The trans ppl who have just been trying to live their lives are the transsexuals who know their birth sex to be real and unchangeable. The new “trans” people who say lesbians need to like dick, who think wearing a dress makes them a woman, who think female brains are a thing, who call for violence against women, who rape and murder lesbians, and more- are not just trying to live their lives, theyre trying to erase, kill, maim, and silence anyone (esp women) who doesnt bow down to their ultimatums.
Radical feminists do not want to interfere with the welfare of dysphoric people. In fact, we LOVE IT when you guys set up your own organizations and secure your own resources, just like women have had to do since forever. We’ll help you defend those resources when people try to take them from you! But we will also fight to protect our own. When an organization/space that has historically been for female people suddenly becomes inclusive of males, so long as they have dysphoria and the right identity, that’s literally taking resources from one marginalized group to give them to another marginalized group. And that’s just not right. “Inclusiveness” is not synonymous with “fairness” or “improvement”. Sometimes, it’s good to each have our own spaces and things.
